• To provide a ‘home from home’ atmosphere with comfortable accommodation and small lounge areas to reduce the risk of feeling institutionalised.

 

• To provide an excellent standard of care, giving assistance with physical tasks as required, whilst avoiding intrusion and always respecting the independence, privacy and dignity of our residents.

 

• To operate policies and procedures giving our residents the best possible quality of life, whilst providing a safe and healthy environment for both residents and staff.

 

• To provide a satisfactory and safe environment for Category B higher dependency older people and people with dementia.
